Hallo People of the World,

To us this is not new. We have been walking spiritual for God for many years. We had everything stripped from us In order to find God. But, as far as the government and the rich? It is difficult for a rich man to find God as it is for a camel to walk through an eye of a needle.
I have experienced this the hard way in the difficult walk in life I have lived. Most of the United States citizens would say to my true stories -‘that only happens in the movies’, -‘they don’t do that.’ Well, here it is for all of you to witness for yourselves. Right before your very eyes.
The Anti-Christ at work as he walks strong on the Mother Earth with many of His followers giving praise to Him. The Anti-Christ has a way of deception and trickery. He has a great mind power. But the Godly cannot be deceived because we walk strong in the Lord. Christ Jesus.
I witnessed this happen in the past. Deputy District Attorney Wagoner stole my car “under the color of authority” at El Dorado County, California. I reported this crime which was well documented on record to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, The Governor of California, The President of the United States, Media Wire Services, Radio and Television talk shows, and the list goes on…. I did this for about [10] years continuously. Guess what happened? Well, let me tell you. D.A. Wagoner was never prosecuted for grand theft auto and I never was compensated for my vehicle and its contents. And the most disturbing of all, D.A. Wagoner was elected to the position of California Superior Court Judge and still to this day sits at bench committing crimes against myself and members of my family. This was the punishment Wagoner received for stealing my vehicle “under the color of authority.”
I always believed that The United States Government was full of shit, but after this experience I did not believe anymore. I Know!
Today a new act of the Anti-Christ has taken over. El Dorado County government employees [ganged] together to [fabricate] an evil crime against myself and my family once again. As you can read on the http://www.belyew.wordpress.com that was made directly for the government injustice that was fallen on us, on three different cameras/audio E.D.C.Sheriff BROWN sexually assaulted my wife Lisa Belyew right before my eyes and we were scolded by Sergeant CHOVANEC if we further reported that sexual assault committed by his office we would get into trouble because the officer has a wife and children. We reported that officer’s sexual assault anyway.
I filed a motion in the El Dorado County Superior court asking superior court judge PHIMISTER to intervene because the officers were pulling us over and threatening me that they were going to [fabricate] a criminal case and lock me up because we reported officer BROWN for sexually assaulting Lisa before my eyes. This court denied my motions existence, so I filed yet another which they denied the second motions existence also. I showed the court clerk the Federal Post Office letter confirmation log number I bought saying the post office delivered this motion and the clerk denied that the person who signed for the mail even worked there. The court clerk BRIANNA ended up admitting she signed for the mail but it was not her name who signed for it. I attacked BRIANNA for forgery and violations of U.S. Constitution violations of Due Process Under Law. Judge Phimister Denied the motion without comment and without me being allowed in his court room.
About one month later The California Department of Corrections, The El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department, Pollock Pines Community Church, plotted together as co-defendant’s in a crime against my family. This trio hurt me and my wife, falsely imprisoned us, me for over 90 days with cruel treatment at the jail, attempted to give me 8 years in prison and my wife 1 year in jail, for Resisting Arrest. Resisting arrest usually happens when someone is being arrested for a crime they committed and the person being arrested resists the officer or interferes with that process. But not in our case. In our case there was no charge that we did to be arrested. The main charge, and only charge was resisting arrest. Why were we even being arrested without no charges? An illegal violent act committed by officer FULTON.
Officer FULTON even confiscated my wife’s pepper spray, had his cop buddy spray him with it on video back at the station while he was crying something that sounded like Gu-Gu Ga-Ga [with profanity], and show this to the jurors at trial in hopes the jurors would become sympathetic in an attempt to brainwash the jurors as if Lisa was the one who pepper sprayed officer FULTON. Well people, to be honest! It was my wife’s pepper spray and FULTON was sprayed with it [even though it was his cop buddy who did it], so Lisa got to actually spray FULTON’s cry baby face by proxy.
At the conclusion of this trial by jury Lisa and myself were given full ACQUITTALS for resisting arrest by all twelve jurors and I was taken back to the jail immediately to get processed out and free. Arriving back at the jail I got to face this smelly piece of crap Sergeant LANE who, while I was there, added in keeping me in a maximum security lock down unit when I did not commit any in-house violations at the jail. Others in that unit had to do stuff to the staff in the jail or fight other inmates, or sexually assault other inmates. But I did nothing. Sergeant LANE walked around crying GU-GU GA-GA and smelled like she needed her diaper changed as I laughed in joy. This Sergeant Lane, according to P.D. SAFRANSKI, while I was housed at the jail attempted many times to have a new case put on my wife and myself which would rob my wife from her O.R./release and re-incarcerated her. Lying saying we were making threats on the cops and their families lives saying we were going to kill them and all kinds of lies she submitted to the prosecution as evidence. Thank God the inmate jail visitation is recorded so these charges would not stick and it showed what a smelly criminal slime Sergeant LANE really is to the American people. Two condoms would not be effective against “that” virus.
So in this [fabricated] case we were given ACQUITTALS in! Gift to us on a silver platter, butterscotch royals from the Candy Man.
Let us not forget in 1995, El Dorado County, I had a Life term case for battery on a El Dorado County officer. Oh ya, I beat that too!
Let us not forget in 2002, I had another life term case for a type of battery on an officer. Oh ya, I beat that too!
Well, officer FULTON was caught lying in many places. From his report, to the preliminary hearing, to the trial. Different stories to make his lying story sound better and better, so he thought. Well, that’s what the American justice system calls the crime of [perjury]. Was FULTON punished for all these crimes he committed on these two mentally ill persons he physically/mentally hurt and falsely imprisoned and smeared their character up to the world/justice system/and American people?
YES FULTON WAS PUNISHED, AND YES FULTON’S BOSS [sheriff D’Agostini] WAS PUNISHED, AND YES SEXUAL ASSAULTER OFFICER BROWN WAS PUNISHED, AND YES JUDGE WAGONER WAS PUNISHED!!!!!!

1. GRAND THEFT AUTO CRIMINAL, SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE WAGONER STILL IS A SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE AND INTERVENING ILLEGALLY IN OUR APPEALS THUS SUPPRESSING ON COURT RECORD THE OFFICER BROWN SEXUAL ASSAULT TO BE KEPT OUT OF OUR TRIAL.
2. SHERIFF D’AGOSTINI WAS [RE]ELECTED TO SHERIFF.
3. MENTALLY ILL ABUSER, OFFICER FULTON WAS [AWARDED] OFFICER OF THE YEAR.
4. SEXUAL ASSAULTER, OFFICER BROWN STILL WORKS UNDER THE SHERIFF FREE TO SEXUALLY ASSAULT ANY WOMAN HIS SICK LITTLE TWISTED PEE PEE TINGLES FROM.

The Belyew Family has sent three telegrams to President OBAMA begging for his help against these government thugs with no help, nor reply. Now Sheriff D’Agostini has sent a Letter to Vice President Biden Re-affirming Sheriff John D’Agostini’s Oath of Office. Beware Vice President Joe Biden, D’Agostini likes to hurt the mentally ill citizens in his county! I know you don’t support ‘that!’ Get your investigators to look into this before you shake that devils hand. You better go re-count those votes yourself. I know he did not win! He is nothing but a common criminal.

I had been to a lot of churches at El Dorado County. The churches seem to glorify the Anti-Christ at El Dorado County. They hold plays for the children to attend and lie to the children about who and what the sheriffs are. They don’t let anyone else attend these plays. If someone like myself walks up to the play everything stops and I am given disrespectful harsh looks and told not to enter, or you can’t come in here so they’ll meet me outside. They seem to have manipulated the Holy Bible from the original scripture that was found of the word of God. The way these government Anti-Christ demons have changed the word of God is they added and twisted some scripture to say, as they teach it this way and came to believe it, that: the government is appointed to this earth by God, therefore the government is the word of God, therefore the government is God. They hold bible studies coming up with twists how law abiding people, as my wife and myself are, it is needed for the government to discipline and hurt and falsely incarcerate and lie about people like us because we are the devil and are doing wrong and we are the works of the devil. They are at a spiritual war with the darkness like we are so God has sent the government to earth to fight us. And that the people attending the bible study must fight the darkness as one of God’s Soldiers.
I’m telling you people out there that the government at El Dorado County if an illegal body on the same level as the famous Jim Jones of West Africa. Pure Occult brainwashing and hate. These are the true works of the devil.
A Christian does not judge. A Christian does not hate their Christian brothers and sisters because some man in government tells them the person is bad and requires it from God. It stipulates in the bible that a Christian is to love their brother and sister, and it stipulates what the act of love is -that way no man can say it is tough love I’m giving to twist that verse either. Jesus is pure and eternal love. Not spiritual war against your brothers and sisters to hurt them physically and mentally causing them agony by the words and brain-washings to justify hurt and agony and pain.
Hurt and Agony and Pain and Deception and Lies and Murder -are words of your of your God -the Devil. The Devil is the Prince of lies as script in the bible. Please people of the world. The government in El Dorado County, and any of their supporters, are deceiving you right in your faces. They have been caught time and time again with their lies and agony they have caused on the citizens in court record. And you still believe in them and what they tell you. You call yourselves CHRISTians?
